When you have been ing me in tales you’ll know that this summer season I’ve been having a mango smoothie on repeat! It’s fairly filling and loaded with plant primarily based protein from hemp seeds (do you know hemp seeds have nearly similar quantity of protein to many protein powders ? However they’ve all the opposite vitamins too and much much less processed).
2 tbsp oats
1/four cup hemp seeds.
1 tbsp nut butter (I like macadamia probably the most for this recipe)
1 cup soy milk or milk of alternative.
Mix and serve with desired toppings.
