So excited to be engaged on some extra heavenlyhazelau recipes this month! (Swipe proper) Beloved being again in Townsville and having a beautiful chat to Shelley who’s the proprietor and maker of heavenlyhazelau and nourishingbites ❤️ we linked so effectively as a result of we each began our love of wholesome desserts attributable to hormonal imbalance and I really like that we’re supporting each other. Right here is the recipe to those wholesome vegan Nutella custard tarts
BASE:
1½ cup calmly roasted hazelnuts
1 cup pitted dates
1 TBSP maple syrup
2 TBSP cacao powder
1 TBSP coconut oil
FILLING:
1 packet natural silken tofu
½ cup heavenlyhazelau chocolate unfold
2 TBSP maple syrup
drop vanilla extract
pinch salt

Methodology
For the bottom: course of all of the components in a meals processor till sticky. If it too crumbly add extra liquid
Press evenly into the facet and base of 6 mini tart tins and put aside
For the filling, add all of the components in a high-speed blender and mix till easy and creamy.
Pour filling evenly over tart bases and enhance with berries and chopped hazelnuts
