Realised I haven’t shared many breakfast posts for some time. Tropical inexperienced smoothie meets oatmeal. I nonetheless make this on a regular basis however I’m lately including spirulina into it or greens powder, the smoothie is kind of candy so it hides the spirulina flavour fairly properly! I normally can’t stand the style (though it’s rising on me) so choose to take spirulina tablets as an alternative , do love my spirulina although! Was instrumental in serving to my elevate my iron.
1 cup combined tropical fruit contemporary or frozen. I used banana, mango, pineapple, papaya, and kiwi
Giant handful spinach
1 cup coconut water
½ cup oats
1 mashed banana
1 TBSP chia seeds
½ cup vanilla vegan yogurt ( I used home made soy yogurt)
⅔ cup gentle coconut milk
1 tsp maple syrup (non-obligatory)
Kiwi, blueberries, coconut flakes and chopped almonds
In a blender whiz up smoothie elements and put aside.
In a bowl mash banana and add in all different oatmeal elements and blend properly to mix. Enable to sit down for a couple of minutes for the oats to soak up the liquid or you may depart within the fridge in a single day.
Add half the oatmeal combination in a single bowl and collect as much as one aspect. Pour the smoothie on the opposite aspect of the bowl.
Prime together with your favourite toppings and luxuriate in! coconutbowls
