Okay I’ve been sharing a number of sweets currently so it’s time for some savoury. It is a laborious recipe for me to jot down as a result of I’m actually horrible at making polenta. Polenta

2 cups water
half of cup polenta
Good pinch salt.

juice half small lemon
1 tsp tahini

Fry onion, garlic and mushrooms till water has evaporate. Mix the remaining components in a blender till clean. Pour a bit bit at a time and blend by means of the mushrooms till combination is completed. Serve with contemporary parsley
