Okay I can’t get sufficient of vegan ice cream truffles. On the uncommon event I run out of deserts in my freezer (cos I’ve given them away) I make an ice cream cake! It’s the simplest factor ever and I find it irresistible! This one is a peanut butter salted caramel popcorn ice cream cake made with 2 tubs of pana_organic salted caramel vegan ice cream and a pair of tubs of vegan peanut butter ice cream from thecocotribe . The bottom is 1 cup almond meal, 1 cup cacao powder and four tbsp maple syrup blended collectively and pressed down, then simply pour and clean the melted ice cream excessive and place within the freezer. As soon as set drizzle with peanut butter and prime with cobspopcorn
I’ll admit that though the ice lotions are freed from refined sugar the cake is slightly sickly candy in comparison with the remainder of my desserts however the popcorn helps haha 💛
