My purpose for 2021 is to get extra instructional with my Instagram captions. I like so as to add some fascinating meals hormone information together with my pictures. I’ve been doing okay to date however tonight I’ve nothing… I’ve been out all afternoon and haven’t had the time to collect my ideas. Right here is my do-it-yourself falafel bowl with do-it-yourself spelt flatbreads, oregano chips and vegan tzatziki. I get requested for my tzatziki recipe lots so right here it’s:
1 x 300g packet silken tofu
1 clove garlic or to style
1 Lebanese cucumber
Juice 1/2 lemon
Salt to style
2 tsp dried mint
Mix all the pieces in a blender and serve. Retains within the fridge for a few week however it does seperate so wants mixing. Doesn’t freeze effectively in any respect sadly 😭 so yummy! I make it for many my chickpea dishes.
