My blueberry smoothie with peanut butter granola. It is a combo I’ve been having for years! Was my go to earlier than work, I’ve seen I haven’t had it for a very long time and I miss it! Numerous nourishment in these coconutbowls

Blueberry smoothie:

2 small frozen bananas or common bananas
½ punnet blueberries
1 TBSP rolled oats
1 heaped TBSP almond butter
1 TBSP flax seeds
1 cup natural soy or almond milk (use much less or extra relying on desired consistency)

Mix and serve.

Peanut Butter Granola:

1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup buckwheat groats
1/three cup pumpkin seeds
1/three cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
Pinch salt

Combine the whole lot collectively, place on baking tray and bake at 180 C for about 10-15 minutes. Additionally including in goji berries after the granola cools for further iron. Serve on prime of smoothie and retailer in fridge.
