I’ve at all times stated my vegan mayonnaise is best than any retailer purchased selection I’ve tried. three TBSP further virgin olive oil
2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Maille Dijon Originale mustard
pinch salt
½ tsp – 1tsp lemon juice
Methodology
Drain liquid from tofu and add to blender.
Add all different components to blender and mix for about 1-2 minutes till clean and all components have mixed.
Switch to a glass jar. Will retailer within the fridge for not less than every week. Serve like mayo or use like a dipping sauce for these croquettes
