I’m seeing so many cookies on my feed in the intervening time thought it was time to share some Christmas cookies myself! Vegan ginger snap cookies made with cashew butter. I made these cookies proper earlier than I got here down with the flu a few weeks in the past after which my urge for food fully disappeared so I can’t say that I actually loved these cookies very a lot however Bub actually likes them so hopefully that’s one thing to go by. 2/three cups buckwheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup coconut sugar
1 cup cashew butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp black strap molasses
1 half of tsp ginger powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch cloves
