I’m again house! Yay! I had a good time in Melbourne however it’s simply so good to see my husband once more. 1 cup buckwheat groats
1 banana
½ cup almond milk
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
pinch cinnamon

Boil buckwheat in 2 cups water for about 15 minutes. Take away from warmth, drain and rinse properly.
Add buckwheat and all remaining substances to blender and mix till clean.
High along with your favorite toppings and luxuriate in.
Makes a big portion so you may hold left overs within the fridge for a number of days.
