I attempted some baked apples for the primary time final week as a result of I did not know what to do with a bunch of additional apples. They do not look the prettiest however had been completely scrumptious ! I simply cored them and sprinkled them with cinnamon and coconut sugar and crammed them with hazelnut butter and sultanas. Then baked them til tender and yum. So good with my vegan custard! Joyful Thursday guys! 💛
