Hey guys, I’ve been feeling actually actually drained these days, fairly positive it’s the random drop in iron this month (which I feel comes from not consuming as many legumes like lentils over summer season cos I didn’t really feel like heat meals) apparently yesterday I began craving lentils… haha Anyway that’s completely unrelated to this submit however I do know plenty of you’re ready for my DIY iron gummy bear complement. I’ve obtained hubby working from dwelling (thanks covid 19) so I need to do a video recipe on it however I’m too drained and movies are a whole lot of work. I’ll get it up as quickly as I can. In the intervening time right here is my strawberry smoothie bowl topped with all the gorgeous issues
2 bananas
half of punnet strawberries hulled
2 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp rolled oats
2 tbsp almond butter
Contact of sweetener if wanted
1 cup pureharvest almond milk
