Hey guys, I haven’t been feeling all that nicely previous couple of weeks. I’ve fully misplaced my power, between that and uni haven’t truly made something new within the kitchen in over a month! So here’s a go to vegan French toast recipe of mine as a substitute. As soon as I cab truly get some pictures achieved I’ll be sharing a few weblog posts on estrogen too.
4-6 items of day previous bread of selection
¾ cup almond milk or different non dairy milk
1 TBSP spelt flour or gluten free flour of selection
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 TBSP dietary yeast
1 TBSP almond butter
1 TBSP maple syrup
Mix all elements ( besides bread) in a blender till easy.
Empty combination right into a tray
Dip bread into combination on each side
Warmth a fry pan with a little bit little bit of coconut oil or oil of selection
Fry the bread on low – medium warmth for about 1 minute on both sides till it varieties a pleasant darkish crust
Serve with contemporary berries and further maple syrup and the rest you need.
