It is truly winter in Australia and though it is nonetheless good and heat the place I dwell most of our fruits atm are apples and pears and citrus which I do not know… Do not work so nicely in uncooked desserts. So I made a decision to do a uncooked vegan chocolate and vanilla cheesecake topped with a number of blended berries! I truly make this cheesecake on a regular basis!!
