Good morning 💛 Final night time I went to my standard Pilates class which I have not been to in over a month (laziness) and we did a category with these large bouncy ball issues.. We often simply follow a Matte class so this was totally different and alot tougher than I anticipated! So this morning I’m sore!! Actually sore! 😜 it is a chocolate mint smoothie bowl 🍫🌿 made with sunwarriortribe chocolate brown rice protein powder topped with raspberries, a couple of eurekablueberries , my chocolate buckwheat granola (which yow will discover the recipe for on the weblog) and a few additional lovingearth cacao nibs.
