Blissful weekend everybody! Eager to rapidly re share this tremendous standard recipe for hazelnut blueberry slice. Hope your all having an important Saturday 🫐

Base :
1 cup roasted hazelnuts
1 cup pitted dates
1-2 tsp water if wanted
Filling:
three cups cashews (soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes – I exploit a kettle or soaked in a single day)
9 tbsp maple syrup
14 tbsp almond milk
four tbsp cacao butter melted (or sub coconut oil)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup blueberries
Technique
