As promised on tales right here is my new and improved peanut butter granola recipe. I’ve actually simply constructed off my previous three ingredient recipe and added plenty of hormone pleasant substances to make it further nourishing.

1 half cups oats
half cup buckwheat groats
1/three cup pumpkin seeds
1/three cup hemp seeds
half cup peanut butter
half cup maple syrup
Pinch salt

Combine every little thing collectively, place on baking tray and bake at 180 C for about 10-15 minutes. Additionally including in goji berries after the granola cools for further iron. Finest granola ever !! coconutbowls
