Actually loving millet porridge these days! I really like cooking a giant batch to freeze and pulling it out for porridge or salads. That is an adaptation of my raspberry millet porridge recipe from the weblog. Peaches and cream millet porridge. Iโ€™ll write the recipe down under. ๐Ÿ‘1/2 cup pre cooked millet
๐Ÿ‘1 peach chopped
๐Ÿ‘1 TBSP cashew butter
๐Ÿ‘2 tsp maple syrup
๐Ÿ‘drop vanilla extract
๐Ÿ‘ยฝ cup pureharvest coco quench milk
Add all elements to a saucepan and warmth and stir till a lot of the milk has absorbed into the millet and the peach has gone smooth.

For the cream:
๐Ÿ‘1 packed silken tofu ๐Ÿ‘juice half a lemon ๐Ÿ‘2 tbsp maple syrup ๐Ÿ‘drop vanilla
Mix and spoon over porridge. Embellish with further peaches, bananas and raspberries and a bit granola (or no matter you want)
